This course is designed to use coaching as a case study to teach leadership and grow leaders. This course will have two focuses: helping students who want to pursue coaching after high school start to develop their own coaching philosophies and coaching styles while also helping students develop their own leadership philosophy and styles.
We will discover the importance of leadership in coaching and we will research and study leadership and coaching philosophies and styles.
I will be able to define who I am as a leader and a coach and I will be able my leadership and coaching philosophy and style.
